RESTAURANT CONTENT CREATION
Planning
Before arriving on location and pressing the shutter button, I create a detailed plan.
Core components of my planning flow include:
A deep dive into the client’s existing social media presence (if applicable)
What do you want to keep? What do you want to change? What’s working and what isn’t? If you’re looking to maintain an existing brand voice, I will study it. If you’re starting fresh, let’s review some inspiration.
What deliverables do you need?
No two marketing strategies are ever the same. We’ll determine the exact types and quantities of deliverables — as well as important specifics such as video length, still image color profiles, and any other pertinent details.
Will we need set decoration?
Some shoots are best executed with no additions or modifications to the space or the subject matter. Others benefit tremendously from changes as small as outing some lights and drawing a curtain to large changes like rearranging seating.
Creating a shot list, call sheet, and other helpful documents
Organization is the glue that holds a successful shoot together. Once we’ve ironed out all of the creative and technical details, I’ll generate several easy-to-read documents that contain all necessary information.

You’re working with someone who truly cares about your success.
Planning for a shoot may not be the most fun that you’ll ever have as a restauranteur,
but I know the value that it holds and strongly recommend it for every client.
Your success is as important to me as my own.
